The team, position & mission:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Strategy & AI Manager to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing various opportunities within Data & AI consulting projects, ensuring the highest quality and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our consultants, helping our clients define their Data & AI strategy, understanding their needs, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting established objectives.


Your key areas of responsibility as Data Strategy & AI Manager:

Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, helping them define their Data & AI strategy, and ensuring satisfaction through high-quality deliveries.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Data & AI projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams of consultants specializing in Data Governance, Dashboarding, Process Mining, among others.
Implement and oversee quality standards in all project phases.
Identify opportunities for improvement in delivery processes and propose innovative solutions.
Foster the professional development of the team by providing mentorship and continuous support.
As an ideal candidate you have:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing consulting projects in the Data & AI field, participating in the complete data lifecycle, and understanding its architecture.
Strong knowledge of Azure cloud solutions and valuable experience with GCP, AWS.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proven experience in project management and agile methodology.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused approach with a proven track record of successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics...
Experience in popular languages for data analysis and manipulation.
Knowledge of platforms for processing and analyzing large volumes of data.
Proficiency in visualization and business intelligence tools.
Experience with traditional and modern database management systems.
Experience with tools for business process analysis and optimization.
Fluent communication in English and knowledge of French is a plus.
